Dr. Aalai is a board-certified physician and biomedical engineer who founded Pain Free Lives to challenge the surgical status quo in pain medicine. As Managing Director, he leads a team of licensed physicians across New Jersey clinics, delivering concierge-level care powered by innovation, science, and compassion.
